Game objective:
You have to arrange the 13 cards in your hand in valid sets and sequences. You must form minimum 2 sequences with at least one pure sequence. Without a pure sequence, none of your sequences and sets are considered.
Pure Sequence:
A pure sequence is created by grouping three or more cards of the same suit in sequence. You cannot use a Joker or wild card to replace any other card in a pure sequence.
Impure Sequence:
An impure sequence is a sequence in which one or more Jokers replace any other card(s).
Set:
A set is a group of three or four cards of the same rank but different suits. You can use a Joker or wild card to replace any other card in a set.
How to play 13-card Rummy:
This version of Rummy is played by 2 to 6 players with one or two decks of cards. Each player gets 13 cards, and they have to form valid sequences/sequences and sets using the cards in their hand. On their turn, each player picks a card from the closed deck or the open deck and discards one of their cards to the open deck. However, you cannot pick a Joker discarded by your opponent.
Once you have formed at least two sequences, including a pure sequence, and have all your cards arranged in sequences/sequences and sets (forming a set is optional), you can declare your hand. If your declaration is valid, you win the game.
