PRIMOR is a unified community healthcare solution which is designed to address the current challenges of the Front line workers (ANM). It is complete centralized End-to-End Web and Mobile Based Solution which can be integrated with smart devices such as tablets, medical devices, etc. Through this solution ANM can screen members of a community for conditions such as Pregnancy, Communicable and Non-Communicable Diseases, Immunizations (for Children and Adults), Family Planning etc. and identify environmental concerns that might lead into an unhealthy or disease prone environment.
