Scribbler (aka "ScribblePad") is an open source, freeware drawing utility that can also save JPG files to an Android device. This was made for simple doodles or even getting an electronic autograph. The source code is available at http://technoracle.blogspot.com/2010/11/free-android-app-with-source-code.html Recent changes: Added a different layout manager to maintain button, screen positions across tablets as well as mobile devices.
