  Do not order online from here. There are plenty of items which are from third party suppliers, whom carrefour can't control. You would simply wait for few weeks with constant follow ups and finish by requesting of refund, which takes another 20 days. Customer support doesn't exist here also.

  Lots of bugs, i cant believe it prod., At the end was not able to checkout the order, it was always asking about delivery address, while it was exist already, even if i added one more, doesn't help

  Very bad app. The stock of products in the app are maybe 40% of what you can buy in store. I often have to order from this app and every time they exclude some items from my order for unknown reasons. Sometimes HALF of the order is missing! And nobody is calling to ask if you even still want half of what you ordered. I do not recommend this app, there are solid alternatives

  This app is a scam in a way. They duplicate your orders and charge your card twice. Then you have to follow up with them for months with customer care to get your money refunded. Since June I still didn't get my 280 AED refunded (now November) for the order they duplicated in a system. Very bad raw app. Please stay safe and avoid
