With eGSD you can have mobile access to the resources of the typical printed in-room Guest Services Directory, and more, so you can access it anywhere on or off property during your stay.
You can also use it ahead of your trip to prepare for your arrival.

The app allows you to switch content from one hotel to the next as you move locations.
To use this app with a participating hotel, your hotel may provide you with different options to load the app with their directory content:
• by quickly scanning a QR code, or
• by sending a code via text message/SMS
• or by accessing the app's location lookup page, which finds participating hotels near your present location, or other direct search values like zip/postal code, or hotel name
Note - this app is intended for use when provided instructions and/or content links from a participating hotel.
