Timg supports both the English and Spanish voices from text-to-speech engine.

Timg User Manual:
Timg is a native voice presentation app for Android mobile devices. It was developed and tested on Android Nexus 5 (1080 x 1920 pixels).
Create: a project with a max of 6 slides. Each slide contains an image (jpg or png, reduced to 756 in width). and a text string.
Edit: change image or text for each slide.
Run: show a project (or presentation) in English/Spanish voice from the text-to-speech engine. You will hear the voice for each slide. Swipe slides left
Send: a zipped Timg project as an email attachment.
Import: You received a Timg project by email (zip attachment). Download the zip attachment, then import it from Timg.
This free version of Timg allows a max of 6 slides, it also contains ads. To buy an ad-free version with up to 12 slides per project, search Timg Pro in Google Play (coming soon or available now).
The previous version only supported English voice. This version added support for Spanish voice.
