NOAA Alerts is a simple, lightweight app that provides real time updates as special weather advisories are issued by the National Weather Service. Select your location from a menu, turn on polling, and wait for notifications. Notifications are clear but unobtrusive; this app does not text you or spam your email, uses no distracting audible alarms, does not use any location services, and does not track your location or use your personal information. All it does is provide you with clear, useful, authoritative, real-time updates about weather issues so that you and your family may remain safe and informed at all times. NOAA Alerts would be a great addition to anyone’s collection of weather tools and widgets.
Fixed a bug and it works now, and rebuilt for latest api. Also removed the adds.
