Valet Connect officially launch the Mobile App platform in 2017 to bring valet driver and customer together under one single platform where valet driver and customer registered and signed in as member to provide and receive the services on real time basis.
The company already had their own pool of valet driver and now it is expanding this service to include the valet driver who is looking for services on ad hoc basis and able to select the destination that requested by customers. This is revolutionary as vehicle ownership is out of reach for most of the Singaporean in future and those who own car would like to fully utilize the vehicle, at this moment, the utilization rate for the private vehicle is about 5% on the road, meaning 95% of the time the vehicle is at the parking lots.
We are providing this platform for house wife or family member with idle vehicle at home easy access to Valet to bring them for short trip either to market or bring children to school. This added service is on top of our traditional service of providing valet for people who need it after the drinking session, party or dinner. Basically valet is just around the corner and there is no need for you to make special arrangement for the vehicle when you go for drinking, attend party or dinner.
