Communication helps an organization to stay efficient and productive. One of the more important forms of organizational communication is inter-departmental communication. The importance of inter-departmental communication becomes most evident when that communication breaks down. On the other hand, a breakdown in communication at any point in the organization can result in conflict. Because interdepartmental communication plays such a vital role, a number of traditional and electronic solutions are employed to improve interdepartmental communication efficiency.
The present App is meant to improve interdepartmental communication efficiency inside a district and also outside the district i.e. all over the state.
It also helps the citizens to have easy access to all the officers of all the departments in the district. Sometimes, a common scenario is seen where one department employee seeks contact information of an officer of a different department, and citizens seeking help of others in getting contact information of the officers of different departments.
