Balai Rehabilitasi Sosial ODH "Bahagia" Medan (BRSODH) adalah Unit Pelaksana Teknis (UPT) Kementerian Sosial yang melaksanakan Rehabilitasi Sosial bagi orang dengan HIV. BRSODH “Bahagia” Medan berada di bawah dan bertanggung jawab langsung kepada Direktur Jenderal Rehabilitasi Sosial. Wilayah kerja BRSODH “Bahagia” di Medan meliputi Provinsi Aceh, Sumatera Utara, Sumatera Barat, Bengkulu, Bangka Belitung, Lampung, Sumatera Selatan, Jambi, Kepulauan Riau, Riau, Kalimantan Selatan, Kalimantan Timur, Kalimantan Tengah, Kalimantan Barat, dan Kalimantan Utara.
BRSOD HIV "Bahagia" di Medan mempunyai tugas melaksanakan perlindungan, advokasi, pelayanan dan rehabilitasi sosial, pemberian informasi, rujukan, koordinasi dengan Human Immunodeficiency Virus
