Boxing clock is a configurable timer which can help you coordinate your training sessions.
Use it for sparring or in your punching-bag or skip-rope routines. The typical routine is 3 minutes of skip rope and 30 seconds of push-ups.
Configure your session by setting the warmup, round, and recovery time. You can also choose an appropriate ring-bell sound effect. Your custom configuration is saved automatically and remembered the next time you start the application.
