Opis Arduino RC car bluetooth

Simple remote control with joystick to control a RC car or similar
Sends commands for speed and steering over serial bluetooth connection to an Arduino
Command-string format:
"RC,steering,speed,
"
(
is newline-character)
steering: range -100.. 100
(can be used to control a servo)
speed: range -100.. 100
(can be used to speed control a motor)
