Important: This application will only be effective if the manual solution (flight mode) described below correctly activates 3G data.
Details:
The simplest (manual) solution to this problem is to activate the "flight mode" and then deactivate it again when no 3G data connection is detected. This manual workaround is annoying, and if you forget to do so, you will be without a data connection.
3G Connection Fix will attempt to activate the 3G data by automatically activating the flight mode and then off when the phone disconnects from Wifi, if the phone does not switch to 3G by itself.
This application will not work on Android 4.2 or higher (for example Nexus 4) due to a change made in Android.
