2007년 레이크힐스의 5번째 골프클럽인 순천 컨트리클럽까지 개장해 경기권, 제주권, 영남권에 이어 호남권에도 골프장과 골프텔을 1개씩 갖추게 되었습니다.
2008년에 속리산 골프클럽까지 개장해 전국 네크워크를 형성하게 됩니다.
