DJ DEMP toured the world with artist such as trick Daddy, Uncle Luke, Juvenile, Lil Flip, David Banner and many more. He has appeared on Carson Daly, BET 106 amp; Park and was nominated for DJ of the Year by radio One Dirty Awards joining the ranks of DJs such as Irie, Drama, Michael Watts and more.While touring, DJ DEMP networked and maintained strong relations with many celebrities. DEMP would invite these same celebrities to Tallahassee in 1998 when he decided to have a weeklong party to celebrate his January 9th birthday Celebrities such as the Nappy Roots, Twista, Lisa Raye, Rick Ross, George Clinton, Trick Daddy, Juvenile, Field Mob, Jae Millz, Red Rat, So So Def, the And 1 Mixtape ballers, the owners of FUBU and so many more have participated in the annual event. DEMP Week has grown from a week long party to an event that raises money and awareness for various charity based organizations and community initiatives.
