With measurements of your body weight and your waist circumference,
fill in the corresponding fields.
Average percentage of body fat
Male
Between 6% and 14% is considered a percentage of low fat and athletic.
Between 6% and 25% is considered healthy.
Female
Between 12% and 20% is considered a percentage of low fat and athletic.
Between 12% and 31% is considered healthy.
