Fate Browser comes as close as you can get to having a deck of Tarot cards in your hand. I built it because I wanted an app that would very closely display high-res images of the original cards of the Rider-Waite tarot deck.
Game options include the Past-Present-Future and Celtic Cross layouts as well as a free shuffle function to flip through an entire shuffled deck. Fate Browser also utilizes the meanings of inverted cards in the shuffle.
Fate browser is designed for an upright phone layout. It does not collect any of your private data.
