Simplicity: Requesting a Rideo takes approximately 30 seconds
(1) Open the app
(2) Enter destination
(3) Choose from Economy, Premium, XL and Taxi
- For affordable and quick trips choose economy
- For a luxurious, comfortable ride – special occasions and date nights – choose premium
- For a group of friends, needing to move luggage, etc. choose XL
- For a quick trip paying by cash or credit-card choose Taxi; thousands roaming around
(4) Tap request and choose payment method
- Payment is easy. Can be via debit/credit card, PayPal or cash.
You will see the Rideo driver in real-time on the map, as well as their picture, vehicle type and name. You are also given the option of cancelling the trip. Once the trip has been completed you can give the driver a rating, which enables us to improve Rideo’s services.
