This application has been developed by Kereri Girls students,
through girls mentorship program known as Technovation. It is developed to educate and enlighten the community at large about fistula and how to deal with people suffering from this disease condition.
It
provides information on fistula signs and symptoms, causes, a campaign platform and a chatroom where one can sign up then sign in to chat with people who have been through the same experience or even talk to a doctor.
It is our hope that we will impact knowledge to the world so that those affected will not suffer stigma from the community. Also we hope to eradicate myths in africa about this condition as this contributes to quite a number of those affected not seeking medical assistance.
With this information we hope encourage a woman who might find herself with such condition, to seek medical care.
