WHAT IS A SESH?

Each Sesh is a 60-minute online group support session, led by an experienced facilitator. Each session has a maximum of 14 participants. Session topics vary but can include:

HOW DOES IT WORK?

Browse the schedule within the app to select a session of personal interest. Once registered, you will receive instructions and guidelines on how to access your secure, video-enabled session. Group support is uniquely beneficial in that you may attend a session to share, to listen to peers, or both - often finding new and helpful perspectives and community.
