It is the home screen widget, that shows a scrollable list with a wifi networks nearby.
You can resize the widget in both ways, but it needs at least 2 rows and 3 columns.
List is sorted by signal strength.
Application displays what kind of security is this, and (if needed) asks for password.
After first connect, the password is saved and you don't have to write it again!!

It also has some important buttons.
Toggle wifi on and off.
Open wifi settings menu.
Lock wifi (will not disconnect while phone is idle).
Disconnect from current network.
Refresh list.
IMPORTANT: If there is no app in launcher, reboot your phone.
