Explore from your smartphone, thanks to augmented reality and image recognition technologies, over forty artworks by Pablo Picasso that are related to his stay in Italy and in Naples. Discover the highlight of the exhibition, the backdrop "Parade", exhibited in one of the rooms of the Museo di Capodimonte. Let yourself be swept away by a dive into augmented reality that will allow you to take an up-close look into the works by Picasso and into his relationship with the Italian culture with this free, dedicated app.
The app allows you to:
- Have constant access to the general info about the museum and the exhibition;
- Access an interactive map that guides you in an interactive manner and indicates the precise location of the artworks inside the Museo di Capodimonte;
- Recognize the artworks you want to know more about thanks to image recognition and access within few seconds a variety of audio and text content in augmented reality;
- Save the highlights of your visit in a catalogue of "favourites" that you can go through from your smartphone even after you leave the museum.
The app can be downloaded from 8th April and throughout the whole duration of the exhibition.
