We'll connect you with 4 others that will be part of your team for the next 7 days.
These team members will be your source of motivation throughout the competition and encourage you to complete each day's tasks.
Your team will be trying to earn more points than another competing team of five.You'll earn points by doing 60 second challenges, workouts, encouraging your team and more.
Each day, one team will be declared the winner. The team that wins the most days out of seven will officially win the competition.
