Every Child

The Application is designed as an integrated life long health portal for children under five years living in Low to Middle Income countries. It is for use by Governments, NGOs and Play schools/ Creches. Kindergarten teachers and parents are to register and keep track of the child’s medical records such as immunization schedules, health alerts, comes with interactive growth and development assessment tools, a place to keep prescription records and medical images. It is a useful interactive screening tool to keep track of day to day health problems for the under five child. Governments, NGOs and private entities are encouraged to contact You-Access Health Foundation (info@youaccesshealthfoundation.org ) for assistance with hosting the application on their institutional servers.
Government, NGOs and Play schools/ kindergartens have access to a population clinical dashboard with child health clinical indicators and reports that can be shared through DHIS2
Parents are able to use the application as a life long interactive electronic health record for children, with periodic reminders of all health related activities such as schedules for immunization and assessment of child development stages. Record and store medical images such as X-ray, ultrasound pictures and written doctor's reports.
The application also assist parents to write a system generated referral letter to take with when visiting a doctor for child consultation
