Can't open new messages from notifications. The whole app is hanging and won't show the messages. Very annoying. Delete all data didn't resolved it

App freezes frequently, i must force it stop and start again but its annoying solution. Other thing is when you click popup message it brings another chat to foreground and you type message to wrong person, terrible things happens afterwards. Voicecall is another drama, i had better experience 20 years ago with skype, so much voice delay and also distortion that makes whole speech unhearable.
