CrossFit 4566 is based in the paradise suburb of Noosa, Queensland (Australia) situated in the Harvey Norman centre off Gibson road. Crossfit 4566 is passionate about its members and building a great community which welcomes all people of any ability. CrossFit 4566 was founded by Richard Kelly an ex-professional rugby union player who found crossfit through his rehabilitation after a career ending injury, "CrossFit gave me a way a way to find a community again after rugby of like minded people to train with and certainly got me excited about getting stronger and fitter again" - Richard Kelly (Crossfit 4566)
Richard has been involved in the fitness industry since 1997 and believes strongly in the Crossfit methodology through his own experiences as a crossfit athlete and coach as well as seeing how the crossfit training and community changes people’s lives.
