This app has extensive features. To use the app follow the instructions:
-In app tap the upper right corner(FB icon)
-Navigate to any video in FB(currently live videos are not supported)
-Tap "..." and copy video url
-An icon of the app will appear, tap it and return
-Tap "paste" and you are ready to download
-Download any of the source formats.
