The Shanti Wellness Mobile app focuses on bringing quality preventive healthcare services at a single touch! Designed to suit your need, you can book your test, doctor’s appointment or preventive health packages without any hassle through our user friendly app.
Fill up the details required in the template for booking your test, doctor’s appointment or preventive health packages, as applicable. You can also upload your prescription directly and we shall contact you and assist you with your booking. Once you have successfully filled in the information required, you will get an SMS from our end confirming the registration of your request.
Our Front Office team will thereafter contact you as soon as possible and your request for availing our services shall be confirmed into a final booking.
You can also avail the Online Report Facility where we maintain the entire report history in our archive so that you can access your medical information at any given point of time.
