The MeasureUP! platform provides a seamless end to end where you can enroll people through the web, free, or paid. They are automatically sent a link to their email which they open from their smart device. Your end user clicks the link, downloads the app from Google play, or Apple iTunes. Once complete, they log in to YOUR program which you have design for them.
Now your Clients and Patients are linked directly to you. They are prompted twice daily to complete SMART goal action steps. Each morning they receive a prompt to visit and complete a simple review of the day's expectations. In the evening, a similar review is sent where your Client accounts for what they were able to accomplish for the day. The results are calculated and displayed.
