Here provides top Free Android Apps. 20,000+ users downloaded S-Health Tips latest version on 9Apps for free every week! It has been a popular app for a long time. This hot app was released on 2017-07-09. I will tell you how to use this app in the following page.
Be healthy with help from your S Health application. Just take your Samsung smartphone and go.
This application, already installed on smartphones like Samsung Galaxy S®6, as well as portable parts like Samsung Gear ™ S, not only tracks your activity, but also monitor your heart rate, track your calories and even you Ensure you get a good night's sleep.
Getting closer and personal
What's good for a 21-year-old professional athlete will not necessarily be good for a 50-year-old office manager. This is why S Health invites you to provide personal information when you launch the application, such as your gender, age, weight and height, and your normal activity level. All of this personalized information is stored in your profile and generates an estimate of your body mass index or BMI. If your weight or activity level changes, you can update your profile by tapping the More Options icon in the upper-right corner, selecting Settings, and then clicking Profile.
Track your workouts
The Exercise section of S Health does not just follow your movements; It provides a wealth of information about your training history and may even encourage you along the way. To begin, press Exercise in the S Health application and select your workout style: walking, walking, cycling or hiking. Tap Set Workout Goal to choose from a distance goal, time goal or calories burned. Select Basic Workout if you simply want to exercise without specific purpose. By default, the Audio Guide is already activated to hear your progress, such as your pace and distance, without checking your phone. Listen to your favorite music in the app or play another music app in the background.
Measuring your heart rate
S Health can calculate your heart rate with a simple touch. Launch the S Health application and touch the heart rate icon at the bottom. The application prompts you to place your finger on the heart rate sensor, located under the camera and next to the flash on the back of some Galaxy phones. To get an accurate reading, sit down before you start, and stay as close as you can. Place your finger firmly, without tightening, on the sensor. After only a few seconds, S Health displays your heart rate. The more you monitor your heart rate during each day, the more S Health data should work. Touch the triangle icon at the bottom of the screen after recording your heart rate to see your heart rate on the hourly, daily or monthly intervals.
Including occasional activity
Good health does not stop when you come in from the gym. That's why S Health is designed to stay with you all day, measuring all the steps you take with its built-in pedometer. Simply touch the pedometer icon in the application when you get up every morning, and you will follow your movements until you go to bed. It is not necessary to carry a special device, just put the phone in your pocket and it can estimate how many steps you take as well as your speed to give you an accurate account of your steps and calories burned.
The internal gyroscope inside Samsung's portable technology devices, like the Samsung Gear S, is capable of detecting any kind of motion, including whenever you move into your sleep. Before you sleep, put your Gear S and connect it to your smartphone. From the Applications screen, press S Health and select Sleep. The first time you use this function, you are prompted to read information about measuring sleep data. Press OK, then save Sleep. In the morning, type I'm Awake.
Counting calories
Say goodbye to calorie counting. Simply select Food Tracker in the S Health application, select your meal and S Health calculates the calories for you. For example, if you have taken a slice of pizza for lunch or snack, select Lunch or Other and enter Pizza. After specifying the type of pizza and the portion you had, S Health automatically adds those calories to your day's consumption. If you forgot to add something, add it at any time by changing the date and time you had the meal.
