This is a new workout tracking app and hasn't been tested by many users yet, so please let me know via contact@fitcards.io if you have any issues.
How Fit Cards Works
The core aspects of Fit Cards consists of four pillars:

Cards

Routines

Sessions

Reporting
It is designed in such a way that everything revolves around the
cards
that you create. A card is the actual exercise or activity being performed. You may name, describe and tag your cards accordingly.
Cards may then be combined into a
routine
where you set your targets, countdowns and any additional instructions. You may then schedule this routine as a
session
to be completed - if you need to change, add or remove cards during the workout, this can easily be handled. Alternatively you can start a new workout without selecting a routine and just add the cards as you go.
Reporting
is included for each card and may be accessed by choosing to show reporting from a routine or session card. You can also access this from browsing the reporting tab which includes reporting for all cards. Under reporting you have control over what column to order the data by, what columns are showing and whether to display comments for your completed cards.
