Con la App de MepLife Salud, sus afiliados podrán gestionar el acceso a los servicios de salud desde su celular, obteniendo órdenes de consulta médica digitales en tiempo real, así como autorizaciones de estudios médicos programados de forma simple y rápida, estén donde estén.
La aplicación cuenta con un menú de 3 secciones:
• Consultas médicas: permite buscar de forma interactiva e intuitiva los médicos de la cartilla prestacional y solicitar para los mismos órdenes de consulta médica digitales en el celular en tiempo real (respuesta inmediata), para cualquier beneficiario del grupo familiar.
• Prácticas: permite solicitar la autorización de estudios médicos y otras prácticas de salud, de realización programada (no urgencias), para cualquier beneficiario del grupo familiar, mediante el envío de imágenes de los pedidos médicos e historias clínicas, ya sea tomadas desde la cámara del celular, o seleccionadas desde la galería de imágenes del mismo.
• Cartilla de prestadores: permite la búsqueda ágil e intuitiva de prestadores, por nombre, especialidad y tipo (atención programada o de urgencia en guardia), según una zona seleccionada.
With the MepLife Health App, your affiliates will be able to manage access to health services from your cell phone, obtaining digital medical consultation orders in real time, as well as authorizations of scheduled medical studies in a simple and fast way, wherever they are.
The application has a menu of 3 sections:
• Medical consultations: it allows to search in an interactive and intuitive way the doctors of the prestacional card and to request for the same orders of medical consultation digital in the cell in real time (immediate answer), for any beneficiary of the family group.
• Practices: it allows requesting the authorization of medical studies and other health practices, of scheduled execution (not emergencies), for any beneficiary of the family group, by sending images of medical orders and medical histories, whether taken from the camera of the cell phone, or selected from the image gallery of it.
• Loan card: allows the agile and intuitive search of providers, by name, specialty and type (scheduled or emergency care on guard), according to a selected area.
