Ola basically is a taxi providing app like Uber in India which gives you a variety of options of cars to choose from even it allows you to book an auto as well apart from cars which becomes the cheapest way to travel indeed.
Now currently this ride hailing Ola app announced their partnership with the South Western Railway to install their Ola Zones in about 12 railway stations around the Bangaluru. These zones will easily help or serve customers from pickup to drop off. Also Ola vehicles too will be allotted to the dedicated parking spots in these zones as well. Ola had also ensured everyone into its press statement that expected time of arrival i.e. (ETA) of cabs around this will be as low as about 2 minutes only. Apart from this there will be representatives as well into the Ola Zones that are going to help the customers to book their own rides with Ola.
Currently these Ola Zones are only opening at 12 railways stations across Bengaluru and these stations include Majestic, Bangalore Cantonment, Yesvantpur, Krishnarajapuram, Yelahanka, Kengeri, Hebbal, Bangalore East, Banaswadi, Whitefield, Byappanahalli, and Malleswaram in the city.
Earlier Ola also partnered with the Bangalore Metro Rail Corporation Limited in order to equip metro stations with the Ola Kiosks. Earlier company had signed a MoU with the Kempegowda International Airport and Bengaluru City Junction Railway Station as well. The main aim of Ola is seeming to replicate this model with the other key public utility spaces across the country.
Now speaking about this partnership Ola COO, Vishal Kaul said, “We are excited to join hands with South Western Railway to build a convenient mobility experience for lakhs of commuters across the 12 key railway stations in Bengaluru City. Railway stations form a critical part of city's transport ecosystem and our association with South Western Railway is an important step in this direction.”
Now this all partnership is seeming to be ultimately benefitting users by getting more and more easily cabs to get their journey going on without any hassle as above Ola taxi app also said that the customers are just in need to wait for about only minimum 2 minutes in order to get their cabs arrive to them. So surely that waiting time for a cab is way to less and enjoyable small time as well.
