기술 Zeus Android [alpha]

Zeus is an easy to use basic android version of the advanced Desktop Zeus molecular visualisation software. This mobile device/tablet version supports Wireframe rendering. The molecular model can be Rotated and Zoomed into, and the program allows atoms in the molecule to be viewed by atom type (CPK colouring) or by residue type [Positive Side-chain, Negative Side-chain, Polar Uncharged (Hydrophilic), Non-Polar (Hydrophobic)]. Users can also calculate Hydrogen bonds and add missing Hydrogen atoms to the molecular model.
Protein tertiary structure and DNA structure can be easily depicted by enabling a Ribbon (Line, or thick ribbon) which renders a cubic Bezier “Bernstein” as a function running through the peptide/nucleic acid backbone
Supported Chemical file formats: Brookhaven PDB, Mol format, CSF (Chem. CAche files)
Files can be loaded from SD card or internal storage and PDB files can be downloaded by their PDB-ID directly from the RSCB server.
