In this app, we are giving meal plans, basic workout schedules for our users. For further training, users can subscribe to other categories such as PCT, personal trainer, or cross-fit and get personally customized workout plans for there to need. All schedules will be given by a registered fitness trainer who has 5 years of experience in the field.
