Quick Volume allows you to create volume presets for all your volume channels, and switch to them quickly.
The free/lite version:

-limit of three volume modes
-has one widget (1x1) to cycle through the different modes from the home screen
Upgrade to the full version to receive:
-no ads
-unlimited volume modes
-all settings unlocked
-in-app settings (coming soon)
-six more widget sizes
-widget settings (cycle through modes, set modes explicitly)
