This service gives you an opportunity to work
with IPWebcam application remotely:

When you first time use it, this service generates some random CamID to identify it in network.
Below you can find a request to launch of IPWebcam application on the smartphone with CamID=36332592:

Web page sends the message to start IPWebcam on the smartphone and receives response with the link for watching video from IPWebcam

새로운 기능 Webcam Service 12.0

The ability of choose between gmail.com and jabber.ru (default) messaging systems (settings - use jabber.ru menu item). If you have some trouble with access to gmail (403 forbidden error) you should use jabber.ru instead of gmail.com server.
Port 80 is used (instead of 5222 for gmail.com and 443 for jabber.ru)
