The SERVICE app seamlessly documents the installation and removal of telematics systems. During installation, it guides you step by step through the individual work steps and requires you to enter data, confirm instructions, and take photos for complete (photo) documentation. Integrated diagnostic functions additionally ensure that the telematics system is 100% functional once installation is complete. Optionally, the resulting installation reports can be approved by an inspector.
If required, the processes can also be adapted to company-specific requirements, or the recorded data / PDF reports can be uploaded directly to your ERP system.
Functions:
• Guided installation or removal process of Rosenberger telematics products
• Instructions for safe and functionally correct installation
• Creation of photos of relevant details (e.g. installation position of antenna, connection to power supply, etc.)
• Initial recording of mileage and operating hours
• Functional diagnosis at the end of the installation process
• Recording of service activities (vehicle check, etc.)
• Damage documentation with pictures and annotations
• Automatic creation of a PDF report
