Please Note that we made this app to scan and transcribe texts in signboards, posters, flyers, banner, text-images, gift-cards, post-cards etc into Simple, Pure and applied texts only.
Scan-Image-To-Text App
is the most accurate and concise optical character recognition(OCR), which detect texts from images that has image characters embedded in them. All you need to do is very simple, Click on the image scanner icon on the action bar, then take image from gallery or directly from camera, crop to the text area and then copy to either notepad, wordpad, ms-word, pdf etc. This App provides more convenience to users by allowing them to simply take photos of text and transform into editable texts, rather than to spend extra effort to transcribe texts with keyboard.

How To Use App
1. Launch the App.
2. Click the scanner icon on the tool/action app bar.
3. Allow permission to access images, photos, and camera in your phone’s media.
4. Select/Choose either camera or gallery.
5. (i) From camera: take a snapshot of text.
(ii) From Gallery: Choose any image/photo that has some text in it.
6. Drag the contour to the required text area/field in the photo.
7. Then, click on the crop icon on the tool/action bar.
8. From here you can highlight the transcribed text, copy and paste to Ms word etc;
you can share the transcribed text through WhatsApp messenger, bluetooth, text messaging, Email, Twitter, etc; You can convert the transcribed text to pdf; you can save the transcribed text to GoogleDrive; etc etc
