The One Transport mobile App is a one-stop digital platform to assist Cognizant cab drivers to access an Associate's vehicle trip information.
The App primarily provides e-trip sheets to Cognizant transport drivers enabling them to view:
• Associate's information
• Directions for pick up/drop points
• Digital acknowledgement of the route for the trip.
Some of the highlights of the App include:
• An enhanced cab tracking process that ensures safety of the Associates
• Compliant with Cognizant’s Go Green policy and digitization strategy
• An improved real-time platform to assist the drivers and keep them updated
