This app provides you with support, encouragement, and prayer...the staples for maintaining a healthy lifestyle. Motivational moments provide inspiring words and/or images to help you focus on achieving your goals. You can submit your prayer requests on the prayer wall to have them prayed over or share your accomplishments with Kenya to let her know you well you are progressing on your healthy lifestyle journey.
