설명 Get Rid of Ear Ache - Cure inner ear infection

Earaches are uncomfortable, but they are usually not serious. A mild earache can be treated at home with things like warm and cold compresses and over-the-counter painkillers. If your earache does not go away on its own, see a doctor for assistance.

Home Remedies
Apply heat. Heat can help to ease the pain, and there are a few different ways you can apply heat to your ear. Just be careful not to burn yourself! Hold a blow dryer (on the low setting) about ten inches away from your ear and allow the air to blow indirectly towards your ear for a few minutes. The heat will be soothing and it can also help to dry out your ear canal if you get water in it. Soak a washcloth in warm water, wring it out well, and hold it pressed against your ear for 20 minutes. You can also use a cold compress by soaking the washcloth in cold water and wringing it out. Use the old 'heating-pad-against-your-ear' for soothing heat. However, make sure that you do not apply the heating pad for too long. Remove it after about three to five minutes and allow your skin to cool down.
Take Medicine
These over-the-counter painkillers will not make the earache go away, but they will help to ease the pain. Follow the manufacturer’s instructions for use. If the pain is severe and doesn't subside with a pill or two, go to your doctor. If you have other symptoms as well (like fever or dizziness), go see your doctor immediately. Never give aspirin to children or teens because of the risk of Reye’s syndrome.
Use olive oil
Though it may sound strange, olive or baby oil can be a useful substitute for ear drops. They are lubricating and can ease your pain. Heat it up until it's warm but not hot and drop 3 or 4 drops into the affected ear canal. Let it soak in for about half an hour, and then lay down so it can drain out. Keep in mind that anything cooler or hotter than body temperature can cause dizziness or vertigo, but it is only temporary. You can also infuse the oil with a bit of cinnamon oil if you have it available.
Use Garlic
Just about everything garlic-y is believed by someone to help with earaches. If you have it any form, consider using it. Here are some established methods: Warm up some sesame oil with a clove of minced garlic for a few minutes. After the garlic has infused into the oil, let it cool to room temperature. Then, strain the garlic out of the oil and apply that to your ear. Some people have found relief from garlic steam. Break a clove of garlic in half, putting one in your ear and one in a cup of steaming hot water. Position your ear above the cup, having the garlic steam pass through the garlic and into your hurting ear.
