When you make your first app project and publish it to the developer console, than you will start earning your first virtual money in your “virtual wallet”. Indie developers makes money from in-app purchases and advertising in mobile apps, so as many apps you develop more money you will earn. When you make more than a 1$ you can Transfer it to your local company bank account. Every indie developer need help to design, build and compile his projects - in that case you can hire an employees (designer, developer, project leader). The more employees you have, more quickly you will develop the applications. Be careful some employees are lazy, so you need to check it out what they doing.
