Recommendations "10 Steps to Mental Health" was formed in ten concise and effective steps by which we can strengthen resistance to psychological stress and reduce their negative impact on health.
Recommendations were developed in collaboration with experts in the field of mental health (psychiatrists, psychologists and specialists in occupational medicine and sports), in the form attractive posters also available on the website www.zapp.si.
