And a recent Japanese study involving 1,700 young women concluded that eating more slowly resulted in feeling full sooner, and thus eating fewer calories at mealtime.

How to use?
Before every meal, just open the app, double tap the green dot and start eating. Eat while the dot is green, and put the fork down while it's red. You can configure the app to show notifications, vibrations or an overlay screen to tell you when to start or stop eating.
