The GymPad application allows you to create training templates for every day and for any purpose, and then conveniently fill out your results and track progress.
You no longer need to carry a notebook and pen.
With the help of a convenient and flexible constructor, you can create training templates. You can add different types of exercises (regular, superset and dropset).
Creating workouts is much simpler in our application - choose exercises from more than 250 exercises in the library or add your own.
Perform workouts and record results, and to visually track your progress - add photos after each workout. You can visually see your progress in the training stream.
