Headed into a Memorial ExpressCare soon? Reduce your wait time with the Memorial App. Using its exclusive “On My Way” feature, you can save your spot in line directly from your mobile device.
How It Works:
First, create a profile within the Memorial App. Once you are registered, you will be able to see all Memorial ExpressCare locations, as well as the number of people currently waiting in line. Select the ExpressCare location of your choice and then tap the “On My Way” option.
Once you confirm you are on your way, the app will give you the time to arrive for your appointment. Once you arrive, please check in at the front desk, or through this app using the “visits” tab on the home screen.
Creating a Profile:
The first step in using the Memorial App is to create a user profile. This profile will include your name, birthdate and basic contact info. Your profile also allows you to create emergency contacts. Your emergency contacts can also save their spot in line using your Memorial profile. The Memorial App displays all your upcoming appointments, as well as your past appointments.
Works with Amazon Alexa:
The Memorial App feature full integration with Amazon’s Alexa voice assistant. Once installed, you can set up a profile and preferred ExpressCare location directly through the app. Then all you have to do is say... "Alexa: tell ExpressCare that I'm on my way".

Introducing ExpressCare Telehealth, which will enable users to see an ExpressCare provider through two-way video and receive a diagnosis and treatment plan.
The service will be available 7 days a week between the hours of 8 a.m. to 8 p.m.
You can access ExpressCare Telehealth via the Memorial App. Follow the easy-to-use instructions within the app to get started. Visits will be billed to your insurance in the same manner as a traditional ExpressCare clinic visit.
