You can book appointments, update appointments, cancel appointments, place clients on a waiting list to be serviced at a later time, process purchases and services rendered using a state-of-the-art order processing and checkout module that allows users to add and remove items on-the-fly, add and remove services, issue refunds, apply discounts at both, the item and the order levels, apply surcharges for whatever reason, add tips, accept payments of different forms.
