The Workout Timer helps the user set custom routines for warm-up, workout and rest and also alerts the user about the remaining time.

The user also gets the option to save routines and load them when required. This allows the user to have custom routines for each day and load them when required.
The user can also set custom alerts for 15 sec, 10 sec or 5 sec so that he/she is warned about the remaining time. The sound alert makes it easy to be informed about the time.
The routines are saved on the device which allows the user to load them without an internet connection.
The simple user interface makes it easy to understand and use the application.
The app can be used for HIIT, Cross Fit, Cardio, Weightlifting, Strength Training, Zumba, Running, Tabata training, Boxing, Martial Arts training and much more.
