Whizle, gives a unique and unparalleled experience for both the passengers as well as our partners and service providers. We provide one single mobile application for both the service consumer as well as a service provider so that every service provider can also be a service consumer and vice versa.
Whizle, do not believe in the operator-controlled pricing and to control the price to operate the hailing. We, as an operator, only provide a market place. We do not interfere in the fares being charged, we leave the fares to the service consumers and the providers to decide. By this, there is no controlled pricing, no peak hour charges or any other hidden charges. Service consumers and providers agree on either a fixed price or a metered fare for the ride.
Whizle, provides a unique, Fair Fare Index (FFI) for each ride, using our enterprise-grade, state-of-the-art Busines Analytical engine, this is to educate both the service consumer as well as the provider on the Fair fare to be charged and consumed. The customer's interest is also protected by this and to avoid paying exaggerated fares and warnings based on the fair fare index.
